SWIH Blaze Elite ("we", "us", or "our") operates the SWIH Blaze Elite mobile and web application (the "App") for players, parents, and coaches of SWIH Blaze Elite Basketball. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

1. Data We Collect

The App may collect the following information from or about you:

Name — used to identify you within your team.
Email address — used to create and manage your account.
User account ID — a unique identifier assigned to your account.
Messages sent through the App — chat messages you post in team conversations.

When you choose to add it, the App may also collect profile details (such as jersey number, grade, school, position, height, and photos) and practice RSVPs that you provide within team spaces.

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect to provide and support the App, including to:

Provide app functionality such as team rosters, schedules, stats, and chat.
Manage your account, including sign-in and account settings.
Enable communication between players, parents, and coaches.
Deliver and maintain the App's features.

We do not use this information to track you across other companies' apps or websites, and we do not sell it for advertising purposes.

3. Data Sharing

Messages and other team content you post are visible to members of the relevant team — players, parents, and coaches. We do not sell your personal information or share it for advertising. We may share information with service providers who help us operate the App under strict confidentiality, or when required by law.

4. Data Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards to protect your information. However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure.

5. Data Retention and Deletion

We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the App's services. You can delete your account at any time from Account Settings within the App, which removes your personal information. You may also request deletion by contacting your team admin.

6. Children's Privacy

SWIH Blaze Elite teams include youth players under 18. The App is intended to be used by parents and coaches on behalf of minor players. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children without parental consent. Parents may review, update, or request deletion of their child's information at any time by contacting their team admin, or by deleting the account from Account Settings.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of significant changes by posting the updated policy within the App. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
