Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the SWIH Blaze Elite mobile and web application (the "App") provided by SWIH Blaze Elite ("we", "us", or "our"). By creating an account or using the App, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or legal guardian to use the App on behalf of a minor player. Parents and coaches are responsible for any activity conducted under accounts they manage for youth players.
2. Accounts
Access to the App is by invitation from SWIH Blaze Elite team admins. You are responsible for keeping your account credentials confidential and for all activity under your account. You may delete your account at any time from Account Settings.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to:
- Post content that is abusive, harassing, discriminatory, or unlawful.
- Use the App to send spam or unauthorized communications.
- Attempt to access data or features you are not authorized to use.
- Impersonate another person or misrepresent your affiliation.
Team admins may remove content or revoke access for violations. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
4. User Content
You retain ownership of content you post (photos, messages, profile information). By posting content within a team space, you grant SWIH Blaze Elite a license to display it within the App for that team's members. You are responsible for ensuring you have the right to share any content you post, including images of minors for which you have parental consent.
5. Intellectual Property
The App's design, branding, logos, and software are owned by SWIH Blaze Elite and are protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, or distribute App materials without permission.
6. Disclaimers
The App is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that the App will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure. Schedules, stats, and other information may be updated and may contain errors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, SWIH Blaze Elite is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
8. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
